Notes for 2025-2026 Nursery Class (K1) applicants (Applicable to children born in 2022)

Submitting the Application Form (For 2025/26 Nursery Class Applicants)︰

Submission

Please bring the following documents when submitting your application at our school︰

  1. Birth registration (original and photocopy)
  2. Two passport photos
  3. Two reply envelopes (each with your contact address and a $2.2-stamp)
Application fee

$40

Please note that the application fee will not be reimbursed regardless of the application result. For online applicants, the application fee will be charged upon the submission of your application form.

Note: Applicants can attend the KISS KIDS Sports Carnival(12/10, Sat) and “KISS KIDS Course Experience Day” (26/10, Sat), arranged by the school, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Applying for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
  1. Since the Academic Year of 2017/18, the Education Bureau promotes the “Free Quality Kindergarten Education Programme”, under which the Bureau considers the Registration Certificate as the official document for 2025/26 nursery class application.
  2. You can apply for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” starting from September this year. Details will be announced by the Education Bureau before being uploaded to their website. Parents must apply for the certificate in due time, please click here.
Admission Criteria︰
  1. Interview performance
  2. Applicants with sibling(s) currently studying in our school be will be given due priority consideration
  3. For full-day classes, applicants with family needs will be given due priority consideration.

(Since seats are limited, we cannot guarantee that all applicants who are given priority consideration will receive an offer.)

Interview arrangement︰
  1. We will arrange an interview for every child who applies for the nursery class.
  2. The interview will be held on 8 and 9 November 2024 (Friday and Saturday). For further details, please refer to “K1 Classes Interview Card”.
  3. The interview will be held in small groups, lasting for roughly an hour.
  4. Applicant must be accompanied with no more than two parent/guardian representative to attend the interview.
Announcement of Interview Results︰

The interview results will be announced by mail on 16 November 2024 to all applicants. If you fail to receive the notification, please contact the school for the interview results.

Registration arrangement︰
  1. Successful applicants:
    Parents should complete the registration procedures on 2 to 4 January 2025 (“Centralized Registration Dates” was announced by the Education Bureau). The original copy of the registration certificate and the registration fee are required.
  2. Applicants on waiting list:
    If there are still vacancies after the first round, we will notify our applicants on waiting list individually by phone. Parents will be asked to complete the application procedures accordingly.
  3. Parents should note, that if the registration certificate cannot be submitted within the centralized registration dates, we will not be able to complete the registration procedures for your children. Therefore, parents must apply for the certificate at the Education Bureau between September and November this year.
  4. The registration fees for 2025/26 half-day and full-day classes are $970 and $1570 respectively. The fee will be reimbursed within a month after the students start school. However, if the student decides to study in another kindergarten after registration, parents should notify us in written form. In this case, while the registration certificate will be returned, the registration fee will be non-refundable. Also, students who decide to study in another kindergarten will lose their place in our school once the registration certificate is returned.

*Our school has joined the “Free Quality Kindergarten Education Programme”. As a result, no tuition fee will be charged for our half-day classes for 2025/26, while the tuition fee for our full-day classes will depend on the decision of the Education Bureau.

Please contact us at 2342 3062 if interpretation / translation service if required during the interview with non-Chinese speaking (NCS) applicants. We also allow NCS parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication.
